This policy applies to passes for Geraci LIVE! at Wynn Las Vegas, February 18–20, 2027, bought on this website.
- Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, January 18, 2027 are refunded in full, less a $100 processing fee.
- After that date tickets are non-refundable, but you can still transfer yours to someone else. Tickets not used at the event are not refunded.
- You may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, February 11, 2027.
- To cancel or transfer, email events@geracillp.com from the address you registered with. For a transfer, include the new attendee's name, email and company. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- If Geraci LLP cancels the event, you receive a full refund of your ticket price. If it is postponed, your ticket is valid for the new dates, or you may request a full refund.
- Geraci LLP is not responsible for travel, hotel or other costs you incur.
